"Yesterday still lives" series
A visual reflection on memory, presence, and the intimate rituals of everyday life. The work’s title is a conscious paradox playing on the fundamental meaning of the genre: while Still Life traditionally captures finitude and fading, the concept of "still lives" asserts that memory, image, and the past possess eternal life, overcoming death and the passage of time. The piece thus becomes a visual reflection on the unfading light of moments and on the power of art to revive what seems lost.
